Dyson selected the book on his BBC Radio 4 Desert Island Discs episode. The BBC page appears to misspell the canonical subtitle and author name; the catalog book record uses Open Library metadata for Mort Rosenblum's Olives: The Life and Lore of a Noble Fruit.

This text documents what the source says, but it is not verified as a word-for-word quote.
